trying really hard

I am on day two of getting back on track, wow it is hard. It seems that everyone around me is always eating junk. I am working really hard and have made up my mind that i would like to get down to 140 lbs. So work work work i shall. My mindless munching is what i have to work hard to stop and drinking with my meals is the other struggle i have. Now i just keep preaching to myself 30 min before and 30 min after, slowly but surely i will get back on track.

bfast:
1 extra large egg scrambled with a sprinkle of cheese
lunch:
4 slices of cheese the block kind
