trying really hard

I am on day two of getting back on track, wow it is hard. It seems that everyone around me is always eating junk. I am working really hard and have made up my mind that i would like to get down to 140 lbs. So work work work i shall. My mindless munching is what i have to work hard to stop and drinking with my meals is the other struggle i have. Now i just keep preaching to myself 30 min before and 30 min after, slowly but surely i will get back on track.

bfast:
1 extra large egg scrambled with a sprinkle of cheese
lunch:
4 slices of cheese the block kind

Long time no see

hello my friends i am here today b/c i am saddened by the recent story that Dane off biggest loser faked his marathon run. How could he lie like that? Alot of ppl really put their faith in those contestants and stand behind them rooting them on, and to lie come on.....

On a brighter note i got my hair cut off and new glasses to see you better with. I also got my man brows cut to cute little girly ones, photo to come soon i promise. no change really with my weight same ol same ol.

bfast:
rice crispies with 1% milk
lunch:
couple of animal crackers with pb2
supper:
ckn breast rotisserie style and little bit of mater
snack:
cottage cheese and vanilla yogurt

on a bad note i also ate a few peanut mms. sorry.....I will do better tomorrow
